Prime Dermal ships orders worldwide using established international courier services. We partner with reliable carriers to ensure secure handling and timely delivery across multiple regions.
Orders are typically processed within 1 business day after payment is confirmed. In the event that a product is temporarily unavailable, processing times may be extended, and customers will be notified. Shipments are dispatched on business days only, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, size, and selected delivery service. Customers may choose from available courier options prior to completing their order. Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination country and selected carrier.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Prime Dermal cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect address information or failed delivery attempts.
Customs & Import Duties
International shipments may be subject to customs clearance procedures depending on the destination country. It is the responsibility of the customer to understand and comply with local import regulations. Any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by local authorities are the responsibility of the recipient.
If a shipment is held by customs, customers are advised to contact their local customs office to resolve the matter. Prime Dermal is not responsible for shipments that are delayed, rejected, or seized by customs authorities.
Tracking & Delivery Updates
Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive a confirmation email containing tracking details. Tracking information allows customers to follow the shipment from dispatch to delivery.
While most deliveries arrive within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to courier operations, customs processing, or external factors. In such cases, customers should contact the courier directly using the provided tracking information.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of medical and aesthetic products, returns are not accepted. If an order is received incorrectly or arrives damaged, customers must notify Prime Dermal within 5 business days of delivery. Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund as appropriate.
Refunds, when approved, are processed within 7 business days after confirmation.

Prime Dermal is not responsible for damages caused during transit, courier delays, or customs-related issues beyond our control. By placing an order, customers acknowledge and agree to these shipping terms.
